Update 2

So today we started out eating breakfast at 7am (eggs, rice, and plantines), it was great! Pollett and Kevin´s team (Alyssa, Katie, Trey, Twinkie, Brandon, Whitney, Rebecca) (if I left anyone out I apologize), went back to San Lorenzo de Quinti to play futbol with the kids there, and yesterday they had an amazing time.

So Ricky and I´s team (Christie, Jacob, Sonja, Michael, Gloria, Shelby, and Amber) went to hike an hour and a half up the Andes Mountains to a cow farm where we played with the kids from 8am - 1pm, then came back down the mountain (40mins) to rest.

Shelby did get a good bit of altitude sickness, and I got my mosquito bites checked out and the doctor here even prescribed me some medicine for them (not a big deal). So since Shelby was sick, Sonja, and our translator stayed back with her until we came back.

We bought 400 pieces of bread and were able to hand them out to the children for lunch for today´s "field trip". Gloria managed to get the most of the cow farm on herself (nuff said) out of the group, and Jacob once again wreslted all the boys in the school.

It was sad to leave all of the children, but we may play with them again this evening, though everyone is wore out and tired (kinda smelly too). Anyways, looking forward to a "day off" to relax and get to meet people and culture in Lima on Friday. Can´t wait to get home and tell and show everyone what God has done over here.

Also, the girl who runs the Hostile that half of our team is staying at became a Christian today with help from Michael and Ricky, so for that alone this trip has been worth it. Pray that she will read her Spanish/English Bible that we left, and that she´ll be able to be a strong woman of God and enjoy support from the coming teams.

Updating when possible.
